"Called 5/22 around 4:30 to cancel my insurances. A male answered and i explained that I needed to cancel my insurance and stop the payments effective the date of renewal which was the 24th. I was not able to turn off autopay on the app because it said to contact my agent. I was assured it will be taken care of. Come today im checking my banking account and see low and behold they took a payment out of my account on may 27th, 5 days AFTER i requested cancellation. I am told well we can cancel it but its going to be a week or more before you get your money. I explained thats completely unacceptable since it shouldnt have happened in the first place and at this point i had verbally withdrawn consent to continue paying, to which i was put on hold. She came back and said yeah we cant electronically refund the payment. You are going to hsve to wait. Since when was a payment that was taken electronically…bot able to be refunded electronically but hey we are going to try and rush it. I try to call back immediately and verify my address incase it has to be mailed and no answer…try text…no answer. Not hopeful at all at this point. Completely unacceptable."
